Carmen Fahey
Carmen Fahey, M.A., CCC-SLP, received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University in 1984 and her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Houston in 2010. She received the Outstanding Graduate Student Award for her class and was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
Carmen has a strong interest in assessment and spent a year focused on collaborative evaluation of elementary age children. Specialized skills include obtaining relevant information to inform the diagnostic process, assessment, information analysis, clear and concise report writing, and informative explanation of results within the evaluation process.
In addition to working at Nancy L. Foreman and Associates, Carmen has been working in the public school system as an elementary and preschool based SLP. She has provided assessment and therapeutic intervention to children with various speech and language disorders including autism and stuttering.
