Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for speech therapy services. We do complimentary billing for in and out of network plans. At the beginning of therapy, we will also call and verify your benefits and provide you an estimated cost of services.
We are in network with the following plans:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
- Kelsey-Seybold
- Oscar Health
- Medicare
- Medicaid (inquire about your specific policy)
- When the plan allows, we are able to file OUT OF NETWORK claims on a patient's behalf. Do not assume that you cannot receive services at our clinic if your insurance is out of network. Please call us and we will be happy to talk about coverage and call to verify your benefits on your behalf.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include speech therapy benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit? Is it a hard max or soft max?
- Does my plan cover developmental delay?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We require all payment at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict attendance policy due to the high demand for speech therapy sessions. We require regular attendance and want you to make the most progress while under our care.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
