WE can help you and your baby

Infant Feeding Therapy

Supporting children in developing the skills they need to thrive — from holding a crayon to navigating the sensory world around them.

What We Help With

Building skills for everyday life

Feeding Evaluation

Your first visit includes a comprehensive assessment of your baby's feeding skills, oral motor development, feeding efficiency, and overall growth. We'll observe a feeding, identify the root cause of any challenges, and develop a personalized plan to help your baby feed safely and successfully.

Breastfeeding Concerns

Breastfeeding shouldn't be painful or stressful. We provide support for babies experiencing latch difficulties, poor milk transfer, weak sucking, prolonged feedings, and other breastfeeding challenges. Our goal is to help make feeding more comfortable and effective for both you and your baby.

NICU to Home

Going home from the NICU is exciting, but feeding challenges often continue after discharge. We provide specialized support for premature and medically complex infants, helping families build confidence with breast or bottle feeding while supporting healthy growth and development at home.

Handwriting

You'll receive practical, evidence-based strategies you can confidently use at home. We believe parents are the most important part of every child's progress.

Cleft Palate, Down Syndrome & Medically Complex Feeding

Some babies need extra support to feed safely and efficiently. We have experience helping infants with cleft lip and palate, Down syndrome, prematurity, low muscle tone, and other medically complex diagnoses.

Why Families Choose Milestones Matter Therapy

We have experience supporting babies in the NICU and advanced training in breastfeeding, bottle feeding, oral motor development, and medically complex feeding, we create personalized treatment plans that help babies feed safely while giving parents the confidence and support they need every step of the way.

SOS Approach to Feeding

Beyond the Plate: A Compassionate Approach to Picky Eating

Mealtime should be a time for family connection, not a source of stress. If you are navigating challenges with a "picky eater" or a "problem feeder," our SOS (Sequential-Sensory-Oral) Approach to Feeding can help. We move beyond simply "eating the food" to address the sensory and physical foundations of feeding in a playful, no-pressure environment. By honoring each child's unique sensory needs and comfort levels, we help them build a happier, healthier relationship with food — one small bite at a time.
